Project Description
New 3 storey extension with part basement comprising meeting rooms, toilet facilities, lift shaft and new feature stairway. This load bearing block structure with structural steelwork sub frames is supported on traditional pad and strip foundations. A reinforced concrete retaining wall supports the lower basement level. The extension is linked to the existing listed building at three levels to service the ground floor community space, the first floor auditorium and the second balcony.
